Al was going out of the front and asked if we would care to join him. He assured is it wasn’t too wavy. So Sarah, Grant and I decided to try it out (well there wasn’t any water in the estuary anyway).

Sarah used her 5.2, Grant his 6.5 and I my 6.0.

We had a great session. OK we didn’t look brilliant and the wind was a bit too much onshore, but we enjoyed it. Towards the end we were actually managing to stay on the board for some reasonably lengthy runs.
